Schrader - Joel, Ana, and Olivia

Joel and Ana Schrader have been working with Campus Crusade for Christ (known as Ágape in Europe) as a newly married couple at the University of Málaga, Spain, since October, 2007.  Before marrying, Ana worked with Campus Crusade for Christ for fifteen years in the States.  She spent the last eight of those years helping lead the Chicago Metro Team.  Joel came on staff with Crusade in 2000 and has been working in Málaga ever since.  God changed them both forever as college students!  Ana came to Christ through Crusade at the University of Michigan, and Joel was challenged and grew tremendously in his faith through Crusade at the University of Colorado.  Upon graduation they both decided to join staff full time with Crusade, using the best hours of the day to help give each and every student around the globe the opportunity to say yes to God's love.  On December 18, 2004, they were set up on a blind date by mutual friends, and the rest is history. :)  And on August 6, 2008, God blessed them even more with little Olivia Fe Schrader!  Their greatest joy is making Christ known among the nations, starting on the University Campus.  Their mission is to help win students to Christ on the campus, build them up in their faith, and then send them out as equipped laborers for Christ for a lifetime.   College campuses through out the world have very little mention of Christ, if any.  This is especially true for the universities in Spain.   Many Spaniards are Catholic by name only and will say that they are unsure of the existence of God.  Almost every student we speak with on the campus believes in nothing after death.  And only .03 percent of Spaniards are believers.  Please pray for the Schraders as they continue to trust God for Spain!
